Bhindawas Wildlife Sanctuary
Bhindawas Wildlife Sanctuary is a human-made freshwater wetland, and is the largest wetland in Haryana State. The wetland was declared as a protected area in 1986 and was designated as an Eco-sensitive zone by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change in 2016. Over 250 species use the Sanctuary throughout the year as a resting and roosting site.
